Sunbeam Residential Haven — Independent Residential Housing · Greater Houston

For Referral Professionals

Connect your clients with independent residential housing.

Sunbeam offers independent residential housing in Greater Houston. Case managers, discharge planners, social workers, foster care transition staff, recovery professionals and re-entry organizations are invited to connect.

About housing options and availability

Inquiries are always welcome. Housing options and availability are determined individually, and some placements may be through independent partner residences. Costs, house standards and amenities are confirmed with you before any decision.

Referral Coordination

Begin with needs. Confirm with the provider.

Sunbeam aims to serve adults navigating recovery transitions, re-entry, housing instability or other barriers, as well as teens and young adults aging out of foster care. Housing is for eligible young adults age 18+ transitioning out of foster care; Sunbeam does not house minors. Every placement is determined individually.
